The mesh in our security door is ripped so we would like for the mesh to be removed and replaced with new mesh. You will need to have your own tools and supply the new mesh as well.

Double front door not completely fixed when closed. It is probably due to the fixed side upper and lower latches a bit loose (not fully secured due to poor workmanship). Need to make it completely solid so the opening side doesn't make any noise when the door handle is shaken.

Our building inspection report identified shallow grout lines in the main shower and recommended epoxy grout resealing. Work required: 1. Grouting & Sealing * Inspect and repair or replace deteriorated grout in both shower areas. * Apply epoxy grout or suitable waterproof grout where needed, particularly in the main shower as recommended in the inspection report. 2. Re-Siliconing * Remove old or deteriorated silicone where necessary. * Apply new waterproof, mould-resistant silicone around shower floors, wall corners, tile joints and other areas requiring sealing. 3. Shower Door Seals & Waterproofing * Inspect and replace worn or damaged shower door waterproof sealing strips, including bottom seals and vertical seals. * Check and reseal shower glass door frames, edges and bottom tracks where necessary to prevent water leakage. * Ensure the shower doors are properly sealed without blocking drainage holes. 4. BOSS garage door motor not working. Both remotes stopped working at same time so I believe it has to do with the motor.

We are moving light switches off a door frame and need to replace/repair the timber where the switches were and repair the doorframe of the bedroom door which had movement from restumping.

Doors need trimming and or buffing due to new flooring done

I have an internal painted door that previously had a hole in it. The hole was repaired using wood filler/wood dust, but the repair was not finished properly and the patched area is still visible. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to professionally redo/finish the repair so that the surface is smooth, level and blends with the rest of the door as closely as possible, with no obvious patch marks. The existing repair may need to be sanded back, levelled/re-filled as required, primed and painted. I’m happy for the whole face of the door to be repainted if that will give a cleaner and more consistent finish, rather than just touching up the repaired area. Please include all materials, filler, primer and paint required in your offer. Photos attached showing the current condition. The main priority is the quality of the finish. I want the repaired area to be difficult to identify once completed. Please let me know whether you recommend repairing/refinishing the existing patch or another approach to achieve the best result.
