I have a Record automatic door in a property I’ve recently leased. It was working fine up until late yesterday. Then person got caught when the door was shutting and the door bumped against the person. I didn’t feel like the door had been damaged to anyone as a result. However since then it hasn’t worked properly. I’ve tried powering off and on, I’ve tried the reset function. I’ve looked for obstacles. I’ve cleaned the sensors. It seems to be on the rails and aligned, works in manual mode, seems to close okay but from the close position will not cleanly open. It tries to open but it gets stuck and won’t open.

Garden side door made of wooden panels on aluminium frame has 2 locks. One lock has come off due to failed welding and other lock need to be realigned as it does not match the hole. On the floor the hole need to be widened as well.

My sliding door which is on carpet and wood is very problematic and would not open or close easily. Please help fix it so I can slide it open and shut smoothly.

Single Garge Door. Cables came off pulley wheels when ladder caused obstruction. Setting nuts released to untangle cables and allow door to shut. Cable on one side has some kinks. So need cables replacing and tension coil reset.

I have a bedroom door that needs new door handles installed. The existing hole on the door needs to be made bigger in order to install the new door handles.
