Internal bedroom door has damage to the bottom corner and requires repair/fill/sand so it looks presentable. Door lever handle is not responding — the latch mechanism appears to be faulty and needs assessment and repair or replacement. Likely just the latch cartridge. Parts may need to be sourced (standard backset latch, available at Bunnings). Quick job for someone handy.

2 pieces of floors need to be changed under the washbasin( have the spare floors). The water tank glue is falling off and need to be fixed. The metal in wardrobe door is broken, need to install a new one.

Looking for someone to help hinge x3 new doors in my hallway (all identical), time to size and replace the inner doorframe. I’m only wanted the inner door frame to be replaced. The outer door frames are in good condition but the inner frame is very badly banged up from years of bumps and knocks. The original door frames are a little smaller than the doors made today so the new doors will need to be trimmed to size. New doors 2040mm in length - my frame about 2000mm I will supply - doors - Hinges - Door handles and locks (to be installed please) I will not supply the wood needed to replace the inner door frame as I have no idea what to buy sorry!
