Lubricate sectional garage door- routine maintenance

Hi everyone, we need someone who can install a couple of doors (with hinge on them), and change some door locks. You might need to do some adjustments when you do the job, not just drill the screws in.

Our garage door opener (brand Eco Garage Door) has an error code ‘H’. Remote control transmits signal to the opener without issues but the opener works intermittently and sometimes doesn’t open or close garage door. It appears it’s related to loose wiring to the motor. Need someone with experience to help repair and potentially solder wires together to the motor unit.

Looking for someone to help hinge x3 new doors in my hallway (all identical), time to size and replace the inner doorframe. I’m only wanted the inner door frame to be replaced. The outer door frames are in good condition but the inner frame is very badly banged up from years of bumps and knocks.
