Fitting a small amount of trim in our entranceway, attached to skirting board 2.⁠ ⁠⁠filling recesses either side of the bathroom door, possibly with caulk or wood 3. Fitting a threshold over the bathroom entrance 4.⁠ ⁠⁠ sanding a large cupboard doors slightly, so that it closes 5. Using a filler (acrylic?) to fill some small floorboard gaps

The wonky door handles either do not return to a horizontal position or are loose. Example photo attached.

We've had a new uPVC back door fitted and the internal reveals have been left unfinished: exposed brick, old timber and expanding foam on both sides and across the top. Looking for someone to make good all three reveals so they're ready to paint. Scope: • Remove any loose material, trim excess expanding foam • Board the reveals (plasterboard dot-and-dab or bonding coat, whichever suits) with angle beads on the external corners • Skim finish to a smooth, paint-ready surface, neatly meeting the door frame and existing wall • Once dry, run a neat bead of paintable caulk between the plaster and the door frame • Tidy up and take away all waste Please bring all materials and tools. Hi there, I have a rental property in South Norwood that needs a few jobs attended to. Those being; - Install a new shower door - Replace kitchen sink tap - Filling of floor boards in second bedroom - Fix / look at bulbs in kitchen + hallway (kitchen lights have a high pitched sound) - Attach a new curtain rail to second bedroom - Sand down and paint over areas where there are some damp

The current door is hung the wrong way around so needs re-hung the right way around. I also need a locking system installed for one door

I have recently moved into a place and there’s lots of big gaps that need filling stuffed or sealed up so spiders an other things don’t come through

I had BT ethernet cables installed on moving into a flat, however have had complaints from building about the installation, and having this gap for fire safety concerns etc. I've changed to Virgin which is connected from a different spot so the current cables can just be completely removed, and have this gap refilled and made good.

We need the garden door taken off and a side bit as well to be able to get a fridge freezer into the kitchen - the back door has a little ledge. And then have the garden door and post put back on.
