The summer house in my back garden needs some panels fixing and the window

I am replacing the glass panel of my shower but the old one has been glued with sealant to the tile. Need help having it removed to install the new door. Looking to not have the tiles destroyed in the process.

The door needs the knocker refitting (I have it) a door seal on the floor of the door which was removed (I don't have it) and a spring to stop the door slamming into the wall (I don't have it)

Hi, I’m looking to get a few jobs done around my house: * Build and fit a cupboard door – I already have the door, hinges and handle. It just needs cutting to size, fitting and finishing. * Replace a few broken kitchen tiles – I have the replacement tiles, so they just need fitting. * Fill the gap under the oven with a small piece of wood to finish it off. * Touch up the white paint on the kitchen walls. * Deep clean the kitchen, including the floor, worktops and surfaces. * Touch up the white paint in the bathroom. * Deep clean the bathroom, including the wet room floor and wall tiles. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Please let me know if you can do all of these jobs, or which ones you would be able to help with.

I had a cat flap but the flap broke so I have a new one to replace it that needs fixing.

I have a period, wooden front door which is currently sticking. A locksmith has helped with this previously by sanding the door, but I believe the issue is due to subsidence, and that therefore the hingers perhaps need to be loosened.

We need the garden door taken off and a side bit as well to be able to get a fridge freezer into the kitchen - the back door has a little ledge. And then have the garden door and post put back on.
