Our small garden patio needs regrouting

a few pipes and waists are leaking under the kitchen sink - I need replacement, and resealing the kitchen faucet (potentially with a replacement faucet) (price tbd, let me know your price offer)

My elderly mother needs her shower re-grouted and re-sealed at the bottom (see photos) it’s a very small space.

Re grout bathtub and tiles in need then re-silicone

I have mould around my shower unit silicone that needs to be removed and new silicone placed. I also need some of bathroom tiles regrouted.

Want to upgrade my bathroom. Want to replace the shower head/ taps in the bathtub area. Want to regrout the tiles around the bath tub area. Want to add in a hinged bath screen. Also, help with setting up of my new washing machine. Please look at bathroom photos for before/ intended after look.

We need our garden patio to be re-jointed. Most of the old cement has degraded over time. Rake out any remaining cement, and re-joint using a suitable mortar or resin-based compound for longevity (not sand). Please specify proposed material.

Regrout bathroom tiles and make them look fresh and modern again

1. Regrouting bathroom tiles. Only half of the floor space. the bathroom is 3m x 1m 2. replacing silicone around the bathtub

I want the grout in my shower and the seal around the shower completely removed and reapplied throughly and properly so mould does not come back. I also want the tiles around my sink regrouted and also the sink resealed

1) Kitchen resilicone: To rake out old silicone bead (required for good adhesion of new silicone) and apply new silicone bead between granite worktop and splashback (easily done with a silicone gun). 2) Bathroom regrouting + silicone: To rake out the grout between the bathroom wall tiles and apply new appropriate grout and all new silicone bead where the tiles meet the perimeter of the bath

Remove first few mm of existing grout, dust surfaces and wipe down, apply new grout (must be stain- and moisture-resistant), smooth out all lines, put a layer of silicon sealant over join between bottom tile and countertop, tidy up before leaving. Tile size is 25cmx20cm (see first photo); tiled area is all between countertop and wall cupboards, approx 600cmx50cm (see second and third photos).

Looking for someone to measure up, order and install a stainless steel worktop in our kitchen. Will need to replumb the sink and taps as well as regrout the tiles.

Silicone grouting partially damaged and moldy in two bathrooms. Portions had already been replaced recently, need the rest inspected replaced where necessary.

Looking for someone to regrout a small bathroom floor (around 1.5–2 sqm). The existing grout is worn and needs to be removed and replaced for a clean, fresh, waterproof finish.
