THIS IS FOR A HOUSE VISIT WALK-IN FOR BURHAN (PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT IF NOT BURHAN). Want to upgrade my bathroom. Want to replace the shower head/ taps in the bathtub area. Want to regrout the tiles around the bath tub area. Want to add in a hinged bath screen. Also, help with setting up of my new washing machine.

I am wanting to renovate my bathroom. The space is 180 x 230cm. This renovation will include fitting a new flooring, tiling, radiator, shower, sink, toilet, e.t.c. I will also need a wall made in the middle of where the bath currently is. Left side will be for washing machine and dryer and the right side for a shower. A door to close the washing machine area as well.

Materials I will supply: bath toilet basin / vanity shower screen wall panels floor panels Installer should bring tools and standard installation materials. Please only respond if you are an experienced bathroom fitter and have experience installing wall panels or shower panels photos of previous bathroom work Ideally looking to start in approximately 4–6 weeks, right after completion, depending on availability. Please include: a rough estimate for labour how long the job would take when you would be available As I have not completed yet I do not have access ro the property for more detailed photos, but I can supply them ahead of the work being carried out.

What we need: A confident builder used to undertaking bathroom renovations. Also competent in electrics to rewire extractor fan and replace light fitting. Some of our current wall tiles have started to warp and crack as moisture has got in behind them. Hi, I need a skilled professional to install new flooring in a small bathroom (130cm x 150cm flooring) and restore the surrounding walls to their original state. Main Job: install the new plank flooring. Wall Restoration: removing and re-installing the existing baseboards on two sides + removing tiles on one side, and then re-securing them back in place on top of the new flooring. The current bath panel will be removed and you dont need to worry about this one.

Replace tiling and fit a sliding door shower screen. Keep existing fittings and shower tray. I have had a 3d image of what I would want made and put into the pictures to make it easier to picture. The shower is electric with an electrical pump so therefore has to stay in place and as it already is on the wall. I got a quote for materials however understand you maybe able to source elsewhere with varying prices / may not all be required or additional will be required. I have free parking at mine too

I have a small bathroom in my flat that I want to make some minor changes in. First, I want the existing sink area to be refitted with a vanity unit with drawers. Above the vanity unit, I want to install a mirror with storage and lighting. I know the exact ones I'd like fitted - I just need someone to fit this. Second, the wooden shelf near my bath is starting to mould and rot. I need this replaced. This job will require plastering, minor electrical work and plumbing skills.
