The door frame is too damaged I need a small part of the timber cut out and a new part fit in with new holes for the door hinge.

Student accomodation, tenants door to the room has come loose and will not close or open properly without the door coming away from surroundings

Floorboards removed but not replaced; pipes need securing to wall. Plastering: Around doorframe left incomplete with gaps. Base of wall only partly plastered; wallpaper to be removed and wall skimmed. One wall untouched except a corner; needs wallpaper removal and full skim. Another corner partly plastered; full wall skim needed for even finish. Stairway & Landing Ceiling at bottom of stairs unfinished, corner against stairs left. Plastering is patched rather than skimmed; needs full skim for even texture before painting. Small Bedroom Missing skirting. One wall untouched with central crack; needs plasterboard replacement and skimming. Bathroom Window not closing properly (hinge broken). Missing trim on window edge. Plastering above sink only half done—needs completing. Toilet may be leaking (was fine before, possibly damaged). Ceiling damage—requires filling/skimming. Other Items Velux window in attic broken. Living room door & frame replacement started but not completed.
