So: Living room: install 2 shelves & secure other other two that my father in law put up (but he’s not 100% convinced they will hold) - the walls are very solid brick. Hallway: install 2 x high shoe racks - we managed 1 (and some on the other side for referance), but the walls are sort of plasterboard so that will need some consideration in terms of what plugs/screws will be needed. Bathroom: Install 2 x shelves and 1 x large mirror (solid brick wall) Kitchen: Install 2 x hooks in kitchen and if possible hand a door the opposite way that it currently is. We have all shelves, brackets, and TV already has mount attached, but you’ll need to supply all or their tools needed, and correct screws and and plugs etc

The windowsill was filled with silicone but it needs a proper job The ikea shelf is a floating one but I think it needs brackets The sideboard is from Ikea and was moved and the base came away from the top. I have been using it without the base but I am finding it hard to use as I have to sit on the floor.

The wardrobe has two sliding mirrored doors. The front door is still fitted correctly and slides normally, but the door behind it has come completely out of both the upper and lower tracks. Its bottom edge is resting on the carpet beside the lower track. It needs to be inspected and securely refitted, and the rollers or fittings may need repairing or replacing Postcode is S3 7NY

The top hinge on two internal doors has come away (hinges aren't right for weight of doors). One further door needs a little shaving off as its catching carpet.

An external door frame needs some work. There is a gap and it needs a better finish. I have checked with a door/window company and they've said that the best thing to do is expanding foam to fill the gaps, with some colour matched trims and silicone, as this will last longest and give it the best finish. Sadly, they've said it's not something they can do.

Repair interior doors. 2 are of the hinges and 2 are difficult to slide

The door frame is too damaged I need a small part of the timber cut out and a new part fit in with new holes for the door hinge.
