Hi , I need help fixing two issues in my bathroom: Wall-mounted shower control switch (round button above the diverter – see the photo): This part is not functioning properly. It seems to be jammed or broken and needs repair or replacement. Bathroom sink drain (see photo): The sink is blocking with water Please bring the necessary tools and parts, or advise what’s needed before the visit. Photos are attached for better understanding.

I have 4 large paintings that would need to be put up. Approx 4ft by 2ft and quite heavy. Plasterboard walls so would need solid wall fixings. This is a rental accommodation so would need a clean job done. I have just moved in a new flat which has a flat screen TV already mounted on the wall. The issue is that I cannot plug in some new cables as the ports are on the back on TV. I need help installing a 1500mm X 800 mm mirror on the wall. The mirror has 4 corner holes for the standard screw fix onto the wall. The wall is a brick wall. The tv is 55 inches and there is already a bracket on the wall. I also have a bracket on the back of the tv which i removed from the wall. Hopefully we can use the bracket from the old tv to install the new one.
