Tiling to be done in kitchen, total area of 320 x 140

Tiling bathroom. Brand new bathroom. Apppying new large tiles only. Adhesive and grout will be provided

This will be a two-part task. 1) I'll need you to come round and assess the space and help me order the correct number of tiles for the space which includes the main sheets, the borders and the corner sets. It is a Victorian-style black-and-white small square pattern on sheets. I've already chosen the design - I just need assistance with quantities and consideration will need to be given to what to do at doorframes (whether to take the border tiles into the doorway gap for example, or continue the border straight past the door and fill the gap with tiles from main part of floor). 2) I'll require the tiles to be laid of course. Total space is 11m² which is made up of an L-shaped hallway (which has the stairs coming into it) and a fairly uniformly rectangular kitchen. The hallway has floorboards underneath so flat sheets of plywood may need to be laid first (I will supply). The kitchen has a solid underlay upon which I plan to lay electric underfloor heating mats which I will need for you to assist in laying also. I will remove all current flooring and skirting and I will provide the tiles / underlay / grout etc. I'll need you to supply tools and knowledge!

Need bathroom and kitchen floor done. Need measured also.

There few tiles are broken so we need to replace with new tile - Due date: Flexible

1. Finishing tiling & grouting our front pathway (porcelain tiles, 400mmx400mm). The work was started in July, but had to stop due to a supply issue. I have the tiles. 2. Making good via a plinth (or something else) around the bottom of the external wall, where the new tiles are lower than the original tiles. Pictures attached: - Due date: Flexible

Some old tiles present in old fireplace, needs levelling and then new tiles fitted - Due date: Before Sunday, 24 July 2022

Tiles are grubby and there is some mould behind the taps. Needs regrouting around the bath. Area is about 2mx2m - Due date: Flexible

Loose tile under shower control unit. Needs re-fitting/replace (have spare tile) and regrouting. Reseal around bath. - Due date: Flexible
