Find a trusted sofa removal expert in East London

I have a large sofa that i need help moving into my van on Saturday morning. It’s a two person job as it’s a big sofa, so I need someone strong enough to give me a hand. It would also be helpful to have a hand loading the rest of the van with other pieces of furniture. Shouldn’t really be more than 1-2 hours work.
