I need help to bring down a sofa from 2nd floor to the van. I will be with my partner, but I think I need someone to help with lift

the click-clack mechanism is apparently broken and I'm not able to open the sofa anymore. The model is a HABITAT KOT 3-seater.

I have a two seater sofa and arm chair that need to be cleaned. Can do just the two seater if there’s not enough time. Looking to have this done asap as previous tasker had to cancel due to equipment issue.
