Collection Flat is on the 2nd floor (there are two lifts in the building). Delivery flat is on the 10th floor (there are 3 lifts in the building). As it is a working today I assume that the lifts not gonna be too busy during those hours. I need to vacate the flat by 1pm, so I think if you were to arrive at 10 it will give us plenty of time to remove these items from the flat.
