Current extractor fan has had some ivy growing through it which is now removed, but the fan goes too slow to extract the smoke from an open fire in the lounge. So it's spinnng but think the motor is struggling. Happy to get a new one,

pfa pics of rain cap that has come off my chimney. it was secured on before with some garden wire, but it looks like it rusted and came off. The missing  cap looks like it has fallen under the solar panel.  So, I just need that fitting back with some copper wire i can supply. Alternatively, if the cap can't be found under solar panels , I have ordered a new cap just in case.

Have an old slate fire surround that needs a certain amount of renovation. After renovation it needs to be fitted into an existing chimney breast. The chimney breast is working currently with old wooden fire surround. A tv will be installed after new surround has been fitted.

Electric conservatory roof blinds haven’t been operational for some time. Now 2 of the brackets holding the wires in place have come away causing 2 of the blinds to not be taut
