Ashleigh Palmer 09:37 (1 minute ago) to me To replace approx. 15m of lead flashing - due to birds making a hole and flashing cracked in multiple places - £1240 To remove patch up job on the felt and replace a new torch felt system. It is on a 1 story part of a building and on a flat roof.

Chimney needs to be swept and possibly blocked up

Approx 9feet of pipe needs replacing including a curved piece at the bottom with 3 brackets, width of pipe approximately 55mm. I need this to be installed.

We've taken out an old kitchen extractor, a filter type and we want to replace it with a new extractor. The power is still there, we need supply and install on a new extractor, with a chimney then a short duct above the ceiling [it's a bungalow] to a new outlet in the plactic eaves.

Total clean the whole attic properly and carefully,remove the old insulation and install new insulation in there

Ripped off half a strip of plasterboard to the side of a chimney breast. This not needs making good and probably needs a metal corner strip to give a nice clean edge. ASAP please as I’m decorating to move in next week.

Just had an rsj installed and builders put plasterboard on but building control need it removed and insulated then reboarded and plastered. It’s the front facing but under sides and small part where radiator is.

42inch tv to be mounted on chimney breast. Require fixing materials ie bracket

Our chimney has been rebuilt but still leaks during heavy sustained rain. Need someone with roof ladders and bridges to seal or paint the brickwork to be discussed.
