I have a lead overflow pipe from the 1st floor bathroom (bath) this doesn’t go into the down pipe. I need the pipe to have a cup or a pipe that will be fitted so that it can be led to the down pipe. The price entered is just a price, job agreed on final quote

We have hipped, slate roof on our two-story 1920s brick house. We suspect that one corner has a leak, as the sofit is showing evidence of damage and the interior corner of the two rooms below it get mouldy. We are not aware of water dripping from the ceiling or in the roof space. There is some slight discolouration in an upstairs ceiling corner by a chimney breast, suggesting that the problem may relate to the flashing and/or the lead in the gutter next to it.
