Keep in mind that the total distance of the brackets will depend on the length measurement of the headrail.

Mounting of brackets

Then, they proceed with drilling holes based on the marked location and screwing brackets into the holes. They should be distanced equally around your window frames, ensuring that your roman blinds won't obstruct the window handle.

Roman blinds fixings

Some models or styles require different fitting methods, so ensure to hand over the manual to your fitter so they can efficiently follow the recommended procedure. Roman blinds typically have its fabric already attached to the headrail. In this case, your fitter can just snap the set directly onto the brackets, and it should be good to go. Otherwise, they can also follow the traditional way of fitting the headrail first, then followed by the shades.
