Recommend to wear proper PPF, which is not provided. Fibrous loft insulation which gets in the air, not foam, so just pick it up, and shove into bags!

Work 2.9m length by 1.2m. Made of quartz composite so heavy. Will likely require 4 men to move. 2. A 3.6m glass splash back, but is light and only 0.5m depth. 3. A large integrated fridge freezer with cabinet / doors. It is about 2.4m high, 0.6m deep/wide. Items are delicate and require care in transportation.
