Fitted new radiator same size as old one, brackets are slightly different and new radiator won't go on the old brackets. Need pipework for locking valve and trv side changing to fit new radiator and new trv valve fitting that we already have. Qualified plumbers only please.

Water seeping through floor tiles in kitchen possibly from leak in kitchen we have checked the pipes under the washing machine all dry also the pipes under the sink again they were all dry but definitely water coming through floor tiles.

Needs to install a kitchen sink tap. Might need to extend pipes or change completely. Also Needs to look into a bathroom flush handle.

Toilet cistern leaking , suspect washers or seals at the base of the bolts.

The water pressure on air source heat pump/water cylinder is 0.3 bars and heat hardly coming out. I called the company that fitted the pump but they aren’t available until January, is somebody able to assist?

Fix intermittent hot water with the shower and bath taps. It's a gas-fed aqualisa Midas 100 shower. I have a Worcester combi junior 24i boiler which was serviced in November. Also the shower fan is possibly not working as it should. It's a spotlight over shower with built-in extractor fan, operated by switch outside bathroom, model SL120TW/CH Manrose fan. There is also an issue with the toilet making a constant sound (a low humming/pressure noise) which may need fixing unless you think this is normal.
