2x 45° gutter unions leaking

My toilet doesn't flush properly. The tissue doesn't go down as it should. Each time l flush, it just floats around and sometimes I've had to use a bucket to clear it. I also bought and used a heavy-duty toilet plunger and HG drain and plug unblocker, but unfortunately, there's been no improvement.

Combi boiler water pressure has dropped and left us with no heating or hot water. The fill valves are stuck and I am unable to loosen them to get the tank to fill. Looking for a rough quote for an emergency call out please.
