We need our old kitchen tap to be removed and the new one installed. The new tap has been purchased already. The sink is a standard Belfast sink.

I need someone to install an electric shower above my bath please. I haven’t bought an electric shower yet as I need somebody to check that the power can handle the watts for the shower I’m going to buy. Thank you

The external pressure/flow control handle on my shower valve has twisted loose and come off. The internal valve appears to still be intact, and the issue seems limited to the external handle or its fixing. I’m looking for someone to refit or replace the handle and check that it’s secure and operating correctly. The shower was working normally before the handle came loose.

I've taken apart the plumbing under my kitchen sink to try and fix my washing machine and I can't get it back together for some reason.

Kitchen radiator leaking

I have a leak coming from the hose connection on my washing machine. The leak is causing water to drip onto the floor, as shown in the attached photo. I need someone to inspect the issue, repair the leak, or replace the hose if necessary. Please bring any tools or parts that may be needed.

2x 45° gutter unions leaking

My toilet doesn't flush properly. The tissue doesn't go down as it should. Each time l flush, it just floats around and sometimes I've had to use a bucket to clear it. I also bought and used a heavy-duty toilet plunger and HG drain and plug unblocker, but unfortunately, there's been no improvement.

Combi boiler water pressure has dropped and left us with no heating or hot water. The fill valves are stuck and I am unable to loosen them to get the tank to fill. Looking for a rough quote for an emergency call out please.
