Water is leaking downstairs from the shower tray and it has caused some damage to the ceiling downstairs and the leaking occurs when using the shower. I am flexible on the budget but it depends on how much work is needed which I am unsure about. It could be resolved with sealing or it could be more, I am not sure. I need an assessment and for the problem to be fixed as soon as possible. This has happened before and I applied sealer around the shower tray but the leaking has happened again yesterday. I currently refurbishing my bathroom and I am looking for a replacement bath, toilet and pedestal basin sink and taps plus installation. The main items I will need are as follows. 1x closed couple toilet 1x straight bath 1x pedestal basin sink 1x mixer tap for sink 1x mixer tap for bath Please note… The sink currently has two taps, I would like this converted to a mixer tap configuration. There is an area of tiling directly above the the sink, I would like this to stay intact if possible with the top of the new sink touching the bottom of the tiles. The tiles are 80cm off the ground. The items just need to be the basic white kind and on the budget side. I will either need to have the parts supplied, or if you can send me a list of needed parts I can source them myself. Additional: I am also looking to have new vinyl fitted on the floor, if you can supply and fit this too then I would like this to be included also. The total flooring area is 161cm x 153cm. Downstair toilet to be fitted to utility room There use to be a toilet in there and can see water pipes, not so sure where waste pipe is though but the utility room is on ground floor below the family bathroom I want toilet fitted in corner behind shelves you can see in pic We are debating putting in a new wall which would be 200cm across x 240cm High and moving door inwards.
