The paint on our very small bathroom ceiling is peeling off. We need it removed and re-painted, without making a mess of our bathroom.

Downstairs bathroom needs to be plastered (not the ceiling). One wall behind photo angle is fine, so we have three walls needing at least skim coat (roughly 10 sq m). Right wall and top doorway boxing is very bumping too so may need preparing, or may need taking off and redoing as we want a smooth finish to paint/panel against.

Good morning, I have a small patch of water damage in my living room from a prior leak which needs fixing urgently. It is in the corner of the ceiling and quite high up, so you will need to bring a ladder. The patch spreads behind a shelf so I would like the two sections above and below the top shelf repainted and fixed please. There is also a small patch of paint which has flaked off the plasterboard which needs treating, filling and painting. Again, I can supply the correct paint. The patch is approximately the height of one banana. I have a flat viewing on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm so immediate availability is vital. I have 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 dining room plus a hall way to paint. The living room has 2/3 walls to panel and the hall way and the dining room has 1 wall to panel and 2 walls to paint.

I have one bedroom wall that needs to be painted. It includes an area that measures approx 50cm x 3m and then an area that goes behind three radiators (photos show area). I have a ladder and will supply the paint. You would need to bring appropriate brushes etc and a way to get behind the radiators. In the photos I’ve circled the areas in red.
