Find an experienced local painter in Chatham

I’m looking for an experienced decorator/handyman to refresh my staircase and hallway and achieve a clean, modern finish similar to the inspiration photo attached. The staircase currently needs some preparation and cosmetic repair before decorating. The work will include: Filling and smoothing small holes/damaged areas on the walls Sanding/preparing surfaces ready for painting Painting the staircase/hallway walls and ceiling Preparing and painting the existing handrails white Painting skirting boards/woodwork white Filling/caulking around edges where required Making good any small cosmetic areas necessary to achieve a neat finish Final touch-ups and leaving the area clean and tidy I will provide the materials, including paint and the main decorating supplies. If there are any small additional materials required, please let me know beforehand. The existing grey stair carpet is staying and will need to be protected while the work is carried out. The photo shows the current staircase. I expect this to be approximately 1–2 days' work, depending on drying/preparation time. Please only make an offer if you have decorating/painting experience and can achieve a clean, professional finish. Photos of similar previous work would be appreciated. Budget is for labour only.
