I have ripped up the carpets on two old stairs and sanded as much as I can. they are still not ready for painting though. Still have bits if carpet stuck in the grooves etc. Need someone to spend a day properly prepping them so I can paint them. if you are able to replace a few short planks on the top of the stairs also - if I get the correct sized floor boards - that would be ace.

we are a property maintenance company that is looking for contractors to serve the northwest, we maintain lots of properties, the initial job is below i would like this one in particular completing for around £1500, i have placed a £10 fee on to secure and speak further - Main bedroom • Stain stop, fill and sand wall with window on it • Stain stop ceiling • Apply two coats of emulsion to the wall • Apply two coats of emulsion to full ceiling 2nd Bedroom • Remove damaged ceiling and insulation • Remove damaged flooring • Re-new the insulation in the ceiling space • Re-board and skim the ceiling as needed • Stain stop, fill and sand wall with window on it and left hand wall • Apply two coats of emulsion to the walls as needed • Apply two coats of emulsion to full ceiling • Re-new the carpet Lounge • Remove damaged ceiling and insulation • Remove damaged flooring • Re-new the insulation in the ceiling space • Re-board and skim the ceiling as needed • Stain stop, fill and sand wall with window on it and the left hand wall and right hand wall • Apply two coats of emulsion to the walls as needed • Apply two coats of emulsion to full ceiling • Re-new the lounge flooring

Remove paint off of a wall infront of the house

I have had a new garden gate fitted which needs painting and also my garden fences could do with painting as well.

2 bedrooms require floor to ceiling wardrobes.

My hall and stairwell as well as banister, skirting boards , doors and ceiling need preping and painting. need someone with heart and job work ethic.

Basically need 3 bedrooms painted White And skating boards already has 2 coats of paint done Kicthen needs a top up and bathroom Need walls downstairs It’s basically a finishing job around the house before we move in so don’t want to spend a lot as we could do ourselves just busy

I want my living room and my hall stairs and landing painting with magnolia and woodwork glossing my house is a small terraced house

I need a kitchen, living room, stairwell, landing and x2 bedrooms painting.

I need painting of walls and skirtings of a small living room and a small dining area. They need to go from a bright pink colour to white (some spots have bright yellow and some have no paint) I will provide paint Note there is currently no furniture in the rooms. Some primer has been applied on one of the walls in the living room(See first picture) Not sure what a fair price is so please let me know.

Upkeep some tiles that need repainting. I have the exact paint that was used. He added material to some areas before painting so it may need sanding down. I would like a sealant added to the water exposed area if possible. I don't have a sealant. If there is additional paint left I would like that to be added to the other tiles please.
