The painter didn't finish the painting because he had to go to a funeral. I am looking for a painter to paint the entire 50m² flat (3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, hallway) white. Additionally, the balustrade of the Juliet balcony will need to be painted black, a few tiles in the bathroom will need to be painted blue, and all the kitchen cupboards and one wardrobe in the bedroom will need to be painted white. I am looking for someone who will do this very precisely and thoroughly.

The pebbledash on my house is looking tired and needs redoing. Its a semi-detached house and only the top half on the front and the side need doing. Im happy to provide the paint and brushes but dont have anything to work at height There is about 90cm of space down the side of the house so it's a bit narrow. Our the front it goes from 180 down to 110 on the flags for either a ladder or scaffolding.
