Internet coming into the home okay, but not reaching the routers upstairs

Hi all, We’re looking for an experienced network engineer to help us properly set up our home WiFi and mesh system to maximise speed and stability. We’re on a 900 Mbps broadband plan, but we’re only getting around 90 Mbps over WiFi. The provider claims our router setup is the issue but, frustratingly, they won’t send anyone out to assist. I need someone to help me set up my Apple Home and Linksys mesh network
