I need a plumber to replace my shower bar mixer. The cartridge on the current shower bar is not working

I have a socket triggering the fuse box. I have a kitchen tap running and turning off fully. I have a small leak in the kitchen but not sure exactly where. And I have a electric shower that works but there is a hole in the base of shower case dripping water.

Replace bath with a shower tray. Having been made redundant, I'm on a really tight budget. I'm more than happy to do as much of the work involved myself, even with guidance on what is required. Ensuring the shower tray is water tight, fitted correctly and I have no idea how you'd move the hot and cold pipes into the wall, moving the thermostat further up. I live in a flat, so the shower tray I assume would need to be raised. The tray would need to 1700x700 and I'd also need to source glass. Thank you in advance for reviewing this task

Install shower head and hose correctly. I bought a new one yesterday but it keeps leaking from both ends when water travels through it.

The bottom row of tiles in the shower have come loose so water leaking through. I’ve highlighted the small area with loose tiles in red. I need someone to carefully remove the 3/4 loose tiles ideally without breaking, tank and re-tile to stop the leak.

Need to put in a cabin pod shower have it plugged into the water remove old shower mixer no need to re tile as will cover the wall it has its own shower so basically just needs to be plumbed in and drainage pipe attached. Just need rough estimate. The cabinet instructions say it takes 60 minutes to put it together no screws just slots I can help with holding stuff.
