I have a storage unit outside my apartment which is packed with boxes and junk from years of accumulation. I need help emptying it, sorting out what should be kept and disposing of everything that I want to get rid of - mainly decorations from Christmas,old paint cans etc. you will need to be relatively strong to lift the boxes (most aren’t that heavy but I’ve no idea of everything in there!) and will need access the unit by stepping over an old pulley system (on the ground!). I’ve done it dozens of times… the unit is accessed via a small spiral staircase to a lower ground patio area - which I think is important to mention as you will need to take any rubbish up to ground level so it wouldn’t suit someone with a recent knee injury etc. I’d estimate it will take 2-3 hours to do this together.

I need a cohost for my 1 bed studio flat in Hampstead NW3. The task involves cleaning, making beds and presentation of the space, with welcome pack on a booking, by booking basis.

I am looking for a home cook that can make healthy homemade meals for 2 people twice a week. They would be making lunch and dinner that will last 2 days. Flavours we like include Mediterranean, Indian, Asian and Mexican. They should able to follow instructions from a recipe when required but also have ideas of their own. Price mentioned is for 4 hours of cooking.
