I need 2 coats of paint for all. I will supply the paint & any other fillers. Please provide everything else - i.e dust sheets, brushes, sandpaper, masking tape, calk, high ladders etc. I would like the start date to be before the 18th April, and will need info on how long it will take. If the work goes well, immediate opportunity to do further work. If decorator can do a small amount of matting & floor tiling (less than 2 sqm), would also be good. The task is, for the most part, some serious decluttering & organising. I will also be looking for a furniture assembly person, but it would be impossible for that to be the same person. I will require two people. There is £110 for one hour in it for each person, for just one hour, due to the INCREDIBLY SHORT & LATE NOTICE (even the time it has taken to put up this post means that 4:45 AM TO 5:45 AM WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE!) Thanks for taking the time to check our listing :) We are a couple of professionals looking for a cleaner to provide a weekly 3/3.30 hours service. starting ASAP, for our small maisonette flat with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen. We offer 50 for cleaning session. Normal domestic cleaning & tidying, kitchen with dishwasher, 1 or 2 cycles of laundry on the washing machine while here. No pets, no kids. Previous cleaners comfortably finished in 3 hours, we're adding 30 mins to see if we can get something additional (like the occasional fridge clean, or some window, in turn). We are looking for someone with expertise. We are very flexible, as long as the clean happens Wednesday or Thursday during office time we are ok with any change you may need. We usually provide the cleaning products ourselves, we'll just buy what you ask us to. - Due date: Flexible
