We have just moved into a flat that needs a full refurb but would like a few jobs completed to make living a bit more comfortable in the short term. We have a washing machine but needs to be installed - both plumbing and electrics, hopefully under the sink (see pictures) the bathroom sink tap leaks which we would like fixing /replacing and we would like a temporary new shower fitting installed and a quick fix to make it leak proof where damage has been caused from an existing leak. Doesn’t need to be perfect jobs, just temporary fixes as will all be replaced when the full refurb starts

We have a leak developing in the ceiling under the upstairs shower. The leak needs to be investigated and fixed.

A leak has been identified in my toilet so need it repaired.

1) Trace and repair leak in ground floor study. •Damp staining showing in the ceiling corner of the study •Behind that corner is a boxed-in black soil/waste stack (serves en suite + family bathroom above) •Leak seems intermittent, possibly after bath draining and/or toilet flush 2) Kitchen: intermittent leak under sink + tidy pipework •Under-sink waste leaks only when the sink is blocked/full and water is sitting in the pipework •Pipework looks messy and I want it re-done properly with new seals/fittings as needed •Please diagnose where it’s leaking, re-plumb and test 3) Kitchen: replace under-sink hot water boiler + replace kitchen tap •Existing under-sink hot water boiler/heater unit (black box) has failed •I will buy a replacement unit and a new boiling water tap •Please remove old unit, install new unit, connect and commission. 4) Family bathroom: replace basin tap + reseal •Existing waterfall tap splashes/drips backwards so the back ledge is always wet •Replace tap (I will supply) •Re-silicone/reseal behind tap / along edge where needed 5) Master en suite: replace shower control panel + handheld hose/wand •Replace shower mixer/control panel (3 control knobs) and handheld shower set (I will supply) •Fit like-for-like where possible, check for leaks and test thoroughly

Our toilet has a small leak which when flushed is pooling under tiles. We'd ideally like to lose as few tiles as possible in the repair.

Gutter is leaking through one of the joints. Looks like the connection has come lose and will probably need sealing as well. We don't have a long ladder so you will need your own.

We have a toilet leak from the concealed cistern toilet into the floor that recently started in the cold weather. It is very slow consistent and the flow is not changing with flushing please check pictures. We suspect that could be condensation.

Our sink is linking, the sealant has become loose and needs repairing.

I dismantled the pipes under my sink after fitting everything back together there is a leak. Specifically the leak is between the top of the ubend and the exit pipe. The problem is that the end of the ubend has a screw nut and the exit pipe is just a flat pipe so the connection isn’t tight enough

Toilet cistern needs maintenance (it’s a bit rusty), also flush keeps dripping and needs to be stopped

Leak from our flat going downstairs. Needs to be found and fixed.

Need a leaking bottle trap under sink fixed. Reattach or replace. Very short on space

Fix a leaking isolation valve under kitchen sink

The ceramic discs in my old basin taps are broken and won’t stop dripping. Want to replace with new pair purchased online. There is also a slow dripping leak from the ubend behind the sink so I think this will need to be replaced too. I can either purchase or you can supply the ubend. Plumbers preferred.

Leak is coming from the red isolator valve at back of the bath. Needs replacing and we need a check that the leak isn’t coming from anywhere else. Female plumbers to the front! All offers welcome of course.

Leaking tap in the kitchen

I noticed a small leak (a drop every 30 seconds or so) where the tube of the toilet meets the wall, see photo below.
