I have a mixer shower tap which is leaking around the seal which is causing water to stain the downstairs roof

He advised it could be fixed with resealing, so I attempted a DIY repair, but it didn’t fully resolve the issue. As a temporary measure, I applied waterproof tape, which has stopped the leak for now. However, I’ve since noticed a gap forming in the skirting board behind the shower wall, and there is also an old stain on the carpet from the earlier leak. I’m now looking for someone to properly fix the issue permanently. This would likely involve removing old sealant, resealing the shower tray correctly, and checking for any underlying issues. I’d also appreciate advice on whether anything else (e.g. movement in the tray or damage behind the wall) needs addressing.

I put a container to collect water every few days. Doesn’t happen when heating not on.

The pipe to the toilet is leaking

Leaking compression fitting below bath tub. I tried to tighten it but mad either worse!

I have a boiler with 2 connecting pipes going into it. One of the pipes is leaking so just needs attention and tightening.

The toilet seat seems to be leaking in the back and it's damaging the toilet flooring.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. I’ve noticed a water pipe outside my bathroom is leaking. I can feel the top of the pipes are completely dry, and there is a notch that needs to be tightened where the drips are coming from. Any advice and expertise is welcome too. Small budget unfortunately but please help a girl out
