I'm searching for a plumber for EC4M, City of London. The water in my flat has been very low pressure for a few months now. It suddenly just changed overnight with no leaks or changes to anything. I used a wet vac and brought it back to a useable level but this week things got worse. The dishwasher and washing machine are not working and say no water and all the taps and flushes are only just trickling now. Are you able to help? Initial repairs remediated the leak which was coming from the flush inlet at the top of the toilet. However, works undertaken by the plumber has now worsened the toilet leak. Recommendation is there could be a fault with the waste pipe or alternatively a crack in the toilet which i believe in unlikely given that the toilet has been functioning ok for the past 7+ years with no incident of damage. We have been told the original installation is slightly faulty but again this has not been a problem until now. Detailed report for further explanation available.

The bath needs to be removed to access and replace the damaged pipe, which may involve removing tiles. The job includes repairing the leak, reinstalling the bath and restoring all tiles and fittings. I’m looking for a plumber to repair my kitchen sink waste pipe. The existing P-trap/U-bend has come apart and I haven’t been able to refit it correctly. I purchased what I thought was the correct replacement, but it appears the fittings/washers aren’t compatible with my existing pipework. Job required: * Assess the current waste pipe setup. * Supply any correct fittings/washers if needed. * Replace and fit a new P-trap/U-bend. * Ensure all joints are watertight and test for leaks before leaving.
