A leaking valve under the kitchen sink needs tightening. It’s in a tight corner.

There’s a leak at the bottom of my toilet costern, it may be from the flush valve or the inlet valve. The flush mechanism is new , I installed it myself to fix a different leak, now this has appeared when putting the toilet back together again

Expansion vessel appears to be leaking. I have noticed some pooling of water in the cupboard that my expansion vessel is in. This has happened a couple of times. Having observed it, it appears to be dropping a small amount of water, the occasional droplet. I have attached a picture. I am wondering if I am best having someone come and look at it to diagnose problem, or if best buying a replacement and getting someone to install it.

The pipe to the toilet is leaking

Leaking compression fitting below bath tub. I tried to tighten it but mad either worse!

I have a boiler with 2 connecting pipes going into it. One of the pipes is leaking so just needs attention and tightening.

The toilet seat seems to be leaking in the back and it's damaging the toilet flooring.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

have kitchen sink leaking water is that something you can fix?

I’ve noticed a water pipe outside my bathroom is leaking. I can feel the top of the pipes are completely dry, and there is a notch that needs to be tightened where the drips are coming from. Any advice and expertise is welcome too. Small budget unfortunately but please help a girl out
