Boiler gauge looks alright but it is not dispensing hot water

Our boiler is on its last legs. We are looking for someone to replace the boiler and do flushing of system which is typically included anyway. Our research suggest ecotec plus to be the best option as we have 2 bathrooms. We would like it done asap.

I need rewiring of our underfloor heating system and installation of smart meters to operate it (with hive). We have 5 zones. It’s a JohnGuest system currently.

First fix is already completed - pipe work and electrics are already installed and embedded into the wall and also routed to external location for outdoor unit. I would like someone to install, gass and commission two indoor and one outdoor air conditioning units - Daikin. I can supply units, but will need gas number to purchase.

Anyone able to quote on reconnecting a salus thermostat back to the boiler. During a rewire it stopped working and need someone to set it up again. The boiler mounted receiver most probably needs attention. Based in the UB4 area of Hillingdon. Thanks

My Hive thermostat is connected to the receiver however it doesn’t send the signal to for the heat to work. Boiler is working there is hot water, just no heat. I need someone who can diagnose the issue/repair if needed which may be the zone valve/actuator rather then the HiVE thermostat.

There is a persistent water leak in one of the pipes beneath the boiler.

We have a Mitsubishi 2.5 kW air conditioner in our loft room which has been installed 2 years ago. The airflow is not cool enough and sometimes device flashes orange error light. It probably needs cleaning and gas recharge.

Underfloor heating not working

Finish off loft insulation works, half way through but didn’t have time to finish, have all the tools required. Just need someone to do this, then fit plasterboard on top, only access through loft hatch. Loft is already boarded, this is roof insulation, have platform up there.

Toaster not heating up . Lights come on but no heat .

Looking to have filing loop replaced as leaks when tap turned to fill pressure
