Repair the intercom and if need replacing replace. Install thermostat on boiler. Install waterproof box outside, run wire from inside flat to the waterproof box(already a hole) and fix an internet dongle to it the box

Hi, I need an electrician to sort out a few issues in my home gym. 1. Ceiling spotlights not working • Multiple LED downlights in the gym have stopped working. • I’ve already replaced the LED bulbs but they still don’t come on. • Photos of the fuse board, switches and ceiling lights are attached for reference. 2. Replace broken Heatmiser thermostat • The Heatmiser thermostat on the wall has a smashed screen. • I need the unit replaced with the same model (or a compatible replacement you can supply and install). I’ll pay for cost of supplies. Ideally looking for someone who can diagnose, supply parts if needed and complete all repairs in one visit. I’ll cover extra cost of supplies.
