This is an old thermostat that isn't in use on a wall. Would like it removing if can be done in such a way that there isn't then a hole in the wall (if there would be behind?) - if so if it could be filled in some way or something to look like the rest of the wall? Or if there wouldn't be, just paint touched up to look neat

The boiler is currently only providing lukewarm water for a few minutes before the water goes completely cold. This issue is ongoing and means there is no reliable hot water available at the property. Could someone please attend the property to inspect the boiler and carry out the necessary repairs so that it is producing hot water properly again? The quote is for labour, I will pay for materials separately.

LUKO portable air conditioner - it still works, however shuts off after a few mins because it won't drain. May be possible to repair, or simply recycle. Bionaire pedastal fan - no longer works and just needs to be safely recycled.

Need a professional plumber to instal a 10lit boiler in my prep kitchen. Currently we are supplying our hot water from a small boiler installed in a toilet next to the kitchen. The market management want us to stop to use this hot water supply and get our own boiler.

Boiler has come up with 2 error codes F.28 and F.54. Resetting hasnt worked so need this looked at/fixed- parts and labour quotes needed. FYI - it is within the congestion zone. Parking space can be provided within the block (maximum heigh 1.9m). There is also paid parking near by available which is outside of the congestion zone.

Underfloor heating hasn't been in use for months. Upon wanting to use it, the Heatmiser branded switchboard no longer powered on. Purchased a new model and just installed it, but it also does not powering on. Will need help fix the issue and install the new unit.

1) fix Aube th232 thermostat for my floor heating. It is not on / cannot be turned on and I think it usually is on all the time. Will pay for device if this is the issue 2) Wire my Google Nest and remove old Honeywell thermostat. Previous handyman didn't have wires thin/long enough to connect all directly to the Nest, so he connected the Honeywell wires to the nest. Would like that cleaned up. You will probably need to bring wires 3) Add a power outlet / socket in my closet if possible. There is already a placeholder there that I think can be replaced with a socket.
