Find a professional heating and cooling technician in North London

I need a Tado x thermostat starter kit installed, along with a set of digital radiator valves. The property has a ChannelPlus H47XL three zone system. Please offer if you have installed Tado x systems before.

My shower is either too hot, or too cold. I need the thermostatic valve replacing.

we are about to get keys for a flat in north london that need renovation and we also need to check the heating system, we were thinking about to change the current system (gas) to underfloor. the floor now is already on concrete. the flat size is 68sqm and its for the whole flat unit installation

I have purchased a Fastwarm electric underwood heating kit (8 sq m) (https://www.fastwarm.com/fastwarm-electric-underwood-heating-mat-kit-10417-p.asp?v=0&variantid=14729) and insulation underlay (https://www.fastwarm.com/fastwarm-6mm-eps-insulation-pack-covers-10m2-20-boards-11151-p.asp) The heating mat needs to be hardwired to a fuse spur with a wall mounted digital thermostat. I am looking for an electrician with experience of installing this product. This is for the kids’ playroom in my house. I then plan on getting a separate person to fit laminate wooden flooring on top. There is currently a carpeted floor but i will remove the carpet in advance. There is a concrete subfloor, where the underlay will sit on top.

I can’t seem to get the underfloor heating to switch on this year (every year it’s the same) - I had a full electrical replacement last year so I’m hoping it’s not something overly complicated to fix. Looking for an engineer to come and resolve asap

The water cylinder in my flat isn't heating up / producing hot water.

Our heating and hot water are very inconsistent. We have a Valliant boiler and use the Drayton Wiser system to control temperatures. We may just need the radiators to be bled (we don’t know how to do this as the bleed valve seems to be behind the casing which we are unable to remove). We have around 20 radiators.

Heatmiser heating system needs to be recalibrated as radiators are not reflecting what Thermostats say. Also one radiator valve possibly needs replacing as it seems to be always on

Bath tap doesn’t get hot, need to replace or clean cartridge Also smell coming from bathroom sink tap , need to diagnose and fix issue

Hi, We have google nest installed in our house and are moving. We need google nest uninstalled and the previous thermostat which we have kept re-installed instead.

I suspect there is something wrong with my underfloor heating as it doesn’t get warm enough. If someone knows about the control valves I think they’re showing an error.

The boiler is working but radiators only get partially warm. And there is no hot water, it is lukewarm at best. Images attached showing the current system and setup. Need assessment to confirm if fixable and what all is involved
