I have a Noken/Porcelanosa thermostatic shower mixer. The temperature control has become very stiff. I need the thermostatic cartridge removed so I can identify and order the correct replacement. Could you also check the cartridge housing and filters while it's apart. I'm not willing to replace the entire shower. Apologies for the multiple tasks. I had to sort out other pressing issues. I'm not a time waster, I promise.

Looking for an experienced appliance repair engineer to diagnose and fix my Russell Hobbs built-in electric oven. The oven is causing the downstairs electrical fuse/circuit to trip when used. Install a tado thermostat Note...I currently have a v2 nest thermostat I have the new thermostat Note - The Tado bridge and temperature sensor are already set up The tado 3 thermostat needs 4 wires connected which i assume match the 4 wires that connect to my existing nest 2 thermostat

Hi, one of the radiators in our bedrooms is not heating up, although all the other radiators in the house are working normally. We have already tried bleeding the radiator to release any trapped air, but it hasn’t helped. I need my boiler to be serviced and certified

I need a certified gas business ro fix my Vaillant boiler. It shows F28 error and we don't have hot water.

I have checked and is in working order, all the status lights are green which indicate the hive is connected and working and the same for the boiler as we have hot water. However the thermostat still does not send signal to heat up

Cylinder Heater Maintenance and Repair Currently no hot water at the flat. Heated Element Replacement needed. • We need to install 2x titanium-coated heated elements (we will purchase from Screwfix or any recommended supplier) in our indirect unvented cylinder heater in a 1-bed flat as they corroded. Cylinder Tank Cleaning • We also need to drain the whole cylinder and scrape/clean the bottom of the cylinder tank to prevent quick scaling of the elements.
