Find a professional heating and cooling technician in Kensington

I need help with fixing the ignition of my Valliant boiler which hasn’t been working since yesterday (I’m getting error F28). I restarted the ignition 3 times and it gets fixed on the spot but the error goes back a couple of seconds after it.

Slow water drip from under combi boiler. From far right pipe/ joint. I suspect just a nut needs tightening. Boiler gets annually tested. I think it’s the cold water pipe/ joint. Boiler pressure still ok. Need gas safe plumber.

There are three taps in operation via the kitchen, shower and bathroom. Each tap either runs extreme hot or completely cold. When the tap is set lower than full heat, the pressure presumably drops and is causing the boiler to disengage and the flame that indicates the heating function switches off. I have recently had the diaphragm and pressure differential replaced and fixed... so have isolated this now to a pressure issue. The same issue occurs across all three taps when the temperature is slightly adjusted down from full heat.

Water heating only seems to engage when the dial for the radiator heating is turned on. Online diagnostics say it could be a faulty diverter valve?

Since I bought my home in February, my boiler has not worked correctly. Not only does the water in the shower get so hot that it burns, the heating system (also run through the boiler) runs inconsistently. I had it adjusted once by a plumber, however the modification lasted for less than 2 weeks before the water became unbearable again. I am looking for someone who is a qualified boiler repair person, not a general plumber. Please provide your qualification in your reply. Thank you.
