Looking for a Gas Safe registered engineer to carry out a full boiler service and a Gas Safety Check on all gas appliances (gas boiler and gas cooker/hob). No gas fires in the property.

Thermostat for Nu heat underfloor heating doesn't turn on at all. May be a wiring or thermostat issue. Electrician needed, so thermostat can be turned on.

I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. The boiler and central heating work fine apart from these two issues. Boiler is only 5 years old. Im seeking qualified plumber with good feedback. Im Islington near Angel tube. Parking immediately outside property. Straight forward job.

Shower tap doesn’t produce hot water (limited flow when turned to hot). Normal hot water elsewhere. Most likely seized thermostatic cartridge.

Worcester Greenstar gas fired boiler failing to ignite, so no hot water or heating in house. Needs fixing ASAP today please. I need a Gas-safety registered engineer to come round. Please do not inquire unless you have proper credentials to fix this (which I will ask to see).

My radiator thermostat / on off controller has dropped off

Worchester boiler Greenstar 25i ErP says system stand by and shows error E9, flow sensor fault. Pressure checked and it is fine.

it's a great toaster, but the timer is a bit slow and the heating elements could do with replacing.

Change two of my existing existing radiator valves in the bathrooms to M30 x 1.5 mm thermostatic radiator valves, so to make them compatible with my tado v3 smart radiator valves.

I have a few electrical tasks in our bathroom: We want to remove a shaver socket, and instead use the power supply to fit a heated mirror. So we will need the socket removed, the cable redirected about 50cm, and then the heated mirror fitted (we will be supplying the heated mirror). Separately, the thermostat on our towel rail is broken, so I would like to get a new one fitted (we will supply the new thermostat).

Small plumbing job. Repair leaking thermostat valve on towel rail . Valve currently dripping. Valve needs replacing. see photos. Flat in Islington N1. Parking immediately outside. Pay and display. Quiet area. ASAP. One hour job for competent person.

I have a hive thermostat (dual channel water and heating) I’ve tried installing it and replacing the existing Drayton timer. The line setup and internet connection are pairing fine, but water and heating aren’t coming on. I think this is because I haven’t disconnected the old room thermostat. I can see the wires, but I’m not sure, so would prefer a professional to do it. FYI there’s no boiler it’s communal, I think this is a quick job as everything else s done. I’m free tonight (Wednesday) or Thursday evening after 6. Fuse box is accessible and have torches etc.

The heating has been set to a certain temperature but it’s not turning on. I’m not sure if it needs bleeding.

Service of my boiler - combi boiler requires to be serviced, the brand is Valient and the boiler is about 8 years old. My partner and I purchased the flat last year so we are unaware when it was last serviced.

Our boiler pressure has gone down to zero, also I need some light bulbs changed in a bathroom. I have already taken 5/6 cases out of the ceiling, there’s one left which is hard to get out. I have all the replacement light bulbs here. Thanks!
