The boiler is showing an e1 error and there is a small leak. I have reset the psi but it is still not working

I recently purchased a ProBreeze 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner, and I’m experiencing a fault right out of the box. Upon setting it up according to the user guide, the unit immediately displays an “EF” error code* on the screen. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, including: Ensuring the unit is level and vented properly Verifying that both drain plugs are secured Attempting a soft reset by unplugging for 15 minutes Trying various mode settings (Cool, Fan, etc.) Despite this, the EF error persists*, and there is no water in the tank to drain. I believe this may be due to a faulty evaporator temperature sensor or an internal defect.

Remove the old Insulation and boards. Clean up the loft thproughtly and install new Insulation (270 mm) and raised floor boards (using loft trac or loftzone)

Basically we woke up and the boiler was leaking rapid drops of water, we’ve now turned it off so the dripping has stopped, but we’re still missing hot water!

We came back to find the RCB panel was tripped and all the lights connected to 1 board of the consumer unit were off. We switched it back on but the board kept tripping, after isolating the ring that kept tripping we found this was at the back of the flat - responsible for the boiler fuse and power, and some wall sockets. Looking at the boiler fuse. The light was not lit when switched on and water streaks, as well as some rust, could be seen. Switching the boiler fuse on and off did nothing, this powers the thermostat and boiler so we're without hot water. It probably needs the fuse replaced and waterproofing from the boiler above, there could also be a fault with a boiler component as the reason for the leak.

Wall mounted unit (~3kW) installation for a single 1st floor flat bedroom. Straight through wall installation is applicable. Only mains power supply available.

Heating and hot water not working

I have a boiler with 2 connecting pipes going into it. One of the pipes is leaking so just needs attention and tightening.

I need my boiler to be checked as it is loosing pressure often. I am only paying a small amount as I don’t want it to be fixed exactly, I need you to tell me how difficult it is to fix before hand.

Currently having some work done on my kitchen and I’m looking for a plumber/hesting engineer to remove the old bulky boiler filter and replace / possible slightly reposition with a smaller more compact filter.
