Install and commission a Bosch Weather Compensator. Configure the heating system to provide zoned heating controls. Pair all devices with the Bosch EasyControl app. Test and commission the complete system to ensure all heating zones and controls operate correctly. Demonstrate the operation of the system before completion. Requirements: Gas Safe registered. Experience installing Bosch EasyControl heating controls. Experience configuring smart heating zones and weather compensation. Own tools and equipment. Please provide your labour cost only, as all Bosch equipment will be supplied.

I need fixing of my Black and Decker BXAC40008GB Air conditioning unit. Is working fine then suddenly no longer switching on. It's still in good condition as it's only used for about 2 months each summer for the last 5 years.

The JTP concealed thermostatic mixing cartridge needs descaling (or replacing, to check). Shower has a few cold spells when the temp is set to slightly cooler. Fine on a warmer shower. Suggests descale/wear in the internal splines/loose retaining component. Budget set for the call out and work (1 hour). Parts additional of course

I have a GoodHome Takoma 4500 BTU portable air conditioner that has developed a fan issue. The unit powers on but the fan motor has stopped blowing air out entirely (even in "Fan Only" mode). After running through basic troubleshooting and clearing the filter, I suspect it needs a new fan start capacitor or fan motor. Could you let me know if this is something you can inspect and repair, and what your diagnostic/repair fees look like?

It’s a pitched roof with partial boarding, needs 300mm latest spec insulation. Access via hatch. 45m2.

It shuts off after 30 mins then demands to be emptied. I empty the tank, start it again then it does it again. I've cleaned the filter, the insides etc. It worked for 4 hours after that but now back to 30 mins then empty. Ok so after a lot of trying I think I need a new float sensor fitted. I will happily pay someone to do this!

The units has power and turns on but the cooling doesn’t seem to fully kick in and then it reverts back to warm/room temperature air…

I have a portable AC which needs regassing. It's a brand new unit, but when received was covered in oil, the unit turns in and the compressor switches in, but the air is not cold. Possible regas?

Fujitsu Airstage AJY045LCLAH VRF outdoor unit, serial R000139 not working, inside unit gives a fault of F22. 5 inside units. Outdoor unit is on the flat roof on first floor.
