The relay box on my current thermostat has stopped working so I have bought a new smart thermostat to replace it (see models below). Everything is working as normal other than the relay box. Hi there, There are two tasks: 1. The stopcock which controls the main water inflow to my 1 bedroom flat is stuck. I suspect the water needs to be freezed and a new one installed. 2. My boiler is suffering high pressure and I am reasonably sure it is because of the water inflow into the boiler is letting too much water through, it is held in the off position by elastic bands (this was the previous owner).
