Fit a new mirror,toilet roll holder and 2 small shelves to a tiled wall and a towel rail to the back of a door. Would need you to come round in person to take a look before carrying out the job. Work to take place on a Saturday only.

Checking the joists underneath (and letting me know if they need treating/sealing before new boards go down). Supplying and fitting new floorboards (or equivalent structural sheet flooring).
