Need a fence and back gate building

I need to replace fence 7 fence panels. I will supply them but I need help with taking out the old ones and putting in the new ones.

I have 3 newly fitted posts 3 X3 inch for a picket fence and I need the posts cutting to the height of the fence they are currently about 3inch too big.

I want 5 fence panel's replace with 5 composite ones then the old ones put on the other side of the garden as they are falling apart and next door wont replace then. I am doing them a few at a time. I need the person to slide old panel's out and replace with composite. Then put them on the left side of the Garden.

1. Gate frame has twisted slightly and detached away from house wall. 2. The latches don’t lock anymore, top & bottom. 3. Monkey bolt is broken, doesn’t go into the ground deep enough. 4. Need to have the gate shortened and pop a few gaps into the wooden panels to let gusts of wind through. Please come and quote as soon as possible. Want this fixed before weather gets bad again.
