My partner and I are completing the purchase of a house in Normanton-on-the-Wolds, Nottingham NG12 5NN on 2 October, and we're looking to appoint a professional gardening company to provide regular garden maintenance from then onwards. The garden extends to approximately 1.2 acres and includes formal hedging, extensive lawns, mature trees and shrubs, borders, raised vegetable beds and a swimming pool (the pool itself will be maintained separately). Neither of us is an experienced gardener, so we're looking for a company that can take responsibility for keeping the gardens in excellent condition throughout the year. We anticipate this may require weekly visits during the growing season, although we'd welcome your recommendation as to the appropriate maintenance schedule.
