I have a decent treadmill which I was given a while ago - it’s the type you get in the gym so good quality but about 15 years old. It has worked fine but I’ve only used it lightly - today it kept tripping the circuit board - it’s on the kitchen ring but in the garage - it powers on but as soon as you select the workout and the motor turns the best it doesn’t work. I’ve opened it up - it does look a bit old inside - but can’t see any loose wires - one thing I saw is a green earth wire loose - I tried to reattach this under the screw it was attached to but it still trips but could be something related to that? There is a black breaker button near the main switch which doesn’t seem to click anymore - plus be that?

The shower taps leak slightly and are lose. They need to be tightened and the washers might need replacing. Who ever takes the job, will need to take their shoes off or wear foot covers.

Just a simple swap of three lights like for like since three do not work. There is transformer sitting on top of cabinets for the existing under cabinet lights. I can get all the three lights needed. These lights cannot change the bulb since hard wired and come with triangle fixture(see pictures). Should not take long to swap. Just need to fish wire behind cabinet as it now. Also one broken socket that needs replacing. Should not take long to swap and replace lights and socket.

We’ve just bought a house and the hot tap for the bathroom sink is broken, the previous owner managed to flip the isolator valve to stop hot water flow, but they’ve rounded the screw head (can’t get it back on). We’ve bought new taps, and have new isolator valves (if needed), but need someone with experience to fit them (the new taps and potentially the new isolator valve on hot side).
