I have a two bed, 1 bath flat that needs a few white paint touch-ups around windows and covering scratches on walls. Not a full painting of each room. I need someone to dedicate a few hours 4-6 max or potentially longer shorter depending on how the touch-ups look along the existing white walls (whether repainting is needed)

Painting and touch ups needed at Berkeley Gardens. 1) Inner hall, right wall: heavy patchy paint, even out 2) Living room, entry wall: filler marks at high level 3) Bedroom 1, right wall: patchy paint marks in two areas 4) Bedroom 2 storage cupboard door: full repaint of the door 5) Fill and sand any open nail and fixture holes in the above before painting 6) Both bathroom doors: tired paintwork, chipping and peeling 7) Bathroom wall by the sink: peeling/flaking paint 8) Fill and make good the settlement cracks to the walls (cosmetic, for a clean finish) Paint will be provided.

4 bedroom 120m^2 apartment just needs touch ups to paint job, some sanding and fixing of finishes.

My bedside lamps are 1930 small mushrooms lamps they have stopped working suddenly. My standing lamp is big and dates back from the 1950’s. It started to work alternatively and now not at all.

Dog chewed through wire of two lamps. Need them rewired, I have the wire.

There are three taps in operation via the kitchen, shower and bathroom. Each tap either runs extreme hot or completely cold. When the tap is set lower than full heat, the pressure presumably drops and is causing the boiler to disengage and the flame that indicates the heating function switches off. I have recently had the diaphragm and pressure differential replaced and fixed... so have isolated this now to a pressure issue. The same issue occurs across all three taps when the temperature is slightly adjusted down from full heat.

Hi, I have a DJI Mini 4K drone that flies normally, but the gimbal appears stuck or upside down and doesn’t respond to tilt input. The camera also seems a bit blurry. I’d like to know if you can assess and repair this model, and what the estimated cost might be. Thanks!

We have new taps that we want installed to replace old ones. Because it is a flat above a pub, the job needs to be completed between 10am - 12pm (the water mains have to be connected by the time the pub opens).

Take down hanging ceiling lamps and install two new ones. A tall ladder is required because the ceilings are quite high and I don’t have one. Photos attached.

I am moving out of my flat and would like to touch up some things here and there (some paint on some wall, damaged skirting board etc). Would need someone who is good with this probably 2 hours should be fine as there isn’t a whole lot and its just touching up.

I didn't use it on for a few weeks. I tried yesterday but if I turn on the switch, the entire circuit in the flat trips. I'm not sure if it is the problem of the switch or the problem of the towel rail.

The water in my toilet flush does not stop running into the toilet Bowl

My plant was small when I bought it but now it reaches the ceiling. The branches has grown so much so that I had to get them tied onto my curtain pole with a pink string so the string needs to go and the plant needs to be attached on a nesting with nesting pins which I just purchased. Some of the leaves look a bit rough and needs to be trimmed, cleaned and treated to ensure they are healthy and parasite free. Migt need another pole as the plant has become heavier and is resting on a single pole which is now slanted.

My curtain rail holder fell down and I need someone to fix it. The tasker needs to have a ladder since I don’t have one. Preferably own tools as well since mine are limited. - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 December 2023
