This is from my tenant: "I am afraid I am having issues with the water temperature since the day I moved in. The hot water in the shower comes on for approximately 1 minute and then it goes stone cold 😕 I noticed the taps of the bathroom sink and kitchen sink are also a bit unpredictable, with not a consistent flow of hot/warm water. But the shower is the biggest issue. Could someone have a look at it please? Also, not sure if relevant, but it appears the boiler is also leaking, which could also potentially be dangerous." The boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 28i JUNIOR combi Mk V Condensing Boiler. I've attached a picture of the boiler pressure. Worth noting is that this has happened a few times in the past year and every time I've paid someone to bring the pressure back, only for the hot water to stop again a few months later. It was also serviced last year in October. So now I am looking for someone to actually fix the boiler not just bring the pressure back temporarily.

Filling in gaps in 3 locations in the house. 1st floor small bedroom. A small shelf was installed and kids pulled it down. Either fill in 2 small holes and drill new holes for shelf or make good the two holes enough with new rawl plug to attach screw for shelf 2nd floor bedroom. Make good holes and fixings for 2x shelf now no longer required 1st floor landing. A larger hole in the plasterboard is present as a result of a knock with furniture when moving.
