Hello, in preparation for installing a dishwasher I need to: 1) create / adapt a new water inlet for the dishwasher. There is already a washing machine in the same location so should be easy. 2) create / adapt a new water outlet to the sink - perhaps with y-joint - approx 1m from the location where the dishwasher will go

Hi there, I’ve just moved into an older flat and need help with a small kitchen plumbing project. Scope of Work: 1.Install a tabletop dishwasher next to kitchen sink -Connect cold water inlet to the mains (next to kitchen sink) -Connect waste outlet into the existing under-sink waste pipe -Drill two holes through the kitchen counter (next to the sink) to pass inlet and waste hoses 2.Replace existing kitchen tap -Remove current tap -Install a new modern swan-neck tap with a pull-out spray (tap will be supplied) Access Details: The dishwasher will be positioned directly next to the sink, and the plumbing junctions under the sink are fairly easy to reach — there is no issue with cutting away additional back board of the rear of cabinet to make access easier, the cupboard is fronted by removable drawers for easier access. Please bring any tools needed.
