Job involves: * Very light manual sanding of the decking to prepare the surface (not a full strip-back) * Sweep/clean away sanding dust * Apply TWO coats of quick-drying decking stain I will provide all materials: * Decking stain, paint tray and brushes * Manual sanding pad (see photo) * Sanding paper (see photo) Please note: There is no access to electricity in the garden, so an electric sander can’t be used. Installing a water tap in the terrace to be able to water plants

Job Overview: Remove two separate bath taps, install a new deck-mounted bath shower mixer tap (GoodHome Cavally), and mount the shower head bracket. Scope of Work: Remove and later reinstall the bath panel to access plumbing underneath. Turn off / isolate the hot and cold water supply to the bathtub. Disconnect and remove the two existing taps. Fit the new bath shower mixer tap onto the existing 180mm tap holes. Drill and screw-mount the shower head wall bracket into the tiled wall above the bath. Reconnect pipes, restore water flow, test for leaks, and reinstall the bath panel securely. Materials & Requirements: All tap hardware, hose, handset, and wall bracket are provided. Please bring standard plumbing tools, basin wrench, and consumables (PTFE tape, silicone if needed).

I require someone to fix existing decking stairs not done well by a previous tradesman and make brickwork neat. Completed by Wednesday 12th August. The rest of the decking at a later date.

Patio I need to remove the existing decking & install concrete base so that it is level. Install a pedestal on top of the concrete base with the porcelain slabs on top to finish off. Materials to be included in price. Window size 100 x 85 cm Lightwell The lightwell floor is uneven and flat. When it rains, the water just sits there. There is a gully which is in the middle of the lightwell (you can't see from the pics) but I have since cleared all the debris so the water is flowing fine now. The gully is connected to the channels under the basement floor which connects to the sump pump. I need to get a new concrete floor which has enough slope towards the gully. You can also see from the picture, a piece of plaster has come off from the wall. I need to repair that section. To rake out a small section of the plaster there and create a bonding bridge and use Koster Mortar tight on the wall & paint the repaired area. Materials to be included.

Our wooden decking needs redoing! The space measures approximately 2.7m by 3.5m. It is just the boards that need replacing, not the structure underneath. We will move the table and chairs before but we might need help moving the plant pots as they are heavy! Materials will not be provided.
