i have decking around 4m x 3m that needs thoroughly cleaning and then revarnishing

Remove old fence and fit a new fence on 2 sides of garden (left and back). Remove old decking. Remove dispose of old fence, decking and garden furniture.

Decking to be replaced. Deck area is 3.5m x 5.5m Old decking will already be removed and new decking materials provided.

Replace one plank of terrace, reattach curtains to pole. Grout in bathroom x 2, new bulbs where required, kitchen cupboard fixed. Balcony door realigned

Should be an easy task - the plumber needs to access the manhole and didn’t want to remove the decking boards. Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence. Once removed, leave it for a few days while the plumber addresses the issue in the manhole and then return to replace the boards.
