The deck and its support beams are rotten and in some places need repair or replacing

The deck was built when the wood was wet and now that the wood has dried, the screw have popped out. I need to refix the plants, sand and then varnish it. While the boards are up, I want to install the uprights for a pergola. I will be helping!

Patio I need to remove the existing decking & install concrete base so that it is level. Install a pedestal on top of the concrete base with the porcelain slabs on top to finish off. I will supply pedestal system & porcelain tiles. All other materials to be included. The area is 2.3 x1.2 m Window To remove existing window and brick in using similar old bricks. Materials to be included in price. Window size 100 x 85 cm Lightwell The lightwell floor is uneven and flat. When it rains, the water just sits there. There is a gully which is in the middle of the lightwell (you can't see from the pics) but I have since cleared all the debris so the water is flowing fine now. The gully is connected to the channels under the basement floor which connects to the sump pump. I need to get a new concrete floor which has enough slope towards the gully. You can also see from the picture, a piece of plaster has come off from the wall. I need to repair that section. To rake out a small section of the plaster there and create a bonding bridge and use Koster Mortar tight on the wall & paint the repaired area. Materials to be included.

Our wooden decking needs redoing! The space measures approximately 2.7m by 3.5m. It is just the boards that need replacing, not the structure underneath. We will move the table and chairs before but we might need help moving the plant pots as they are heavy! Materials will not be provided. Looking to replace our current decking with new wood decking

I have a black and decker portable ac (model number and details attached in picture). It has been giving a persistent E2 error. I have tried draining it but no water came out. I have also tried resetting it but it shows the e2 error immediately upon restarting. I’ve had it for 3 years now.

Accessed through the flat. Lift available in building. No garden — this is a balcony terrace on a residential development. Location: W8, Holland Park.
