Fire-Resisting Doors - all Bedrooms • Supply and fit in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions, self-closer, cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent strips to all bedrooms door, certified to FD30S standard. In total 4 doors they are already all fire doors, chain self closer already on all doors but has been unscrews from previous tenant so need to adjust and screw back to one side so that door close itself properly. Regarding cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent stripsn d to be fitted on all 4 doors seems like there is already something on top of the doors but will need to be done all sides I believe please provide quotes including material only thing needed : cold smoke brushes or seals and intumescent strips for 4 doors

I need a handyman to repair a curtain track in my apartment. Several of the white plastic clips/brackets that hold the curtain track have come loose or fallen off, causing the curtain to sag and detach. The curtain fabric and the track appear to be in good condition, so I believe only the plastic clips/brackets need to be reattached or replaced if they are broken. Please bring suitable replacement curtain track clips/brackets, screws, and wall plugs if needed. I have attached photos of the issue. We had a pipe burst in the winter that connected the outside taps to the water supply. The quick fix was to remove the section of pipework and cap it. We now need a new section of pipe and to reconnect.
