Find a local console repairer in Central London

We are looking for someone to go round the flat and touch up a couple of small areas where we have marked the walls. In a couple of areas putty may be required as there are light dents. Hard to know how many patches but maybe about 3-4 requiring putty, and 10 marks. Paint included, no other supplies. I can buy putty if informed what one or please include in your offer.

Both taps in the kitchen and bathroom, have seized, and will not turn off fully, without great effort , along with the water being intermittent . The shower hose holder has also worn out general wear and tear

Build my chest of drawers + assemble two lamps

We have some glass pieces that we need drilling holes in to make lampshades. We have the drill bits needed, however, the person must have experience drilling glass as the pieces are fragile and we do not want to risk breakage or cracking. About 30 pieces need drilling.

There is no hot water in all the other taps in the house aside the kitchen tap.

Leaking taps: - One continues to drip even when turned off (so I think needs tightening) - Another leaks considerably everytime the tap is turned on. - Shower can also continue to run after it's been turned off

We have a new king bed that has come in pieces. Need the pieces and mattress carried upstairs and then assembled in the bedroom.

New damp patch in hallway, I suspect there may be a leak in the bathroom or pipes as it's near the back of the shower - but not sure. It's an internal upstairs wall and near the bottom of the wall. I'm flexible on price as I don't know what the problem is yet.

Fitting 4 ceiling lamps: replacing the current ones by new ones. The ceiling is pretty low, I am 5.11 and I can reach it when I extend my arm.

We have a glasswasher that will turn on and then the fuse immediately trips. The socket works on other appliances and I shave tried to plug it in to socket on another supply but it trips that too

I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
