My washing machine keeps tripping the lights in the kitchen, sitting room etc when it gets to a certain point in the wash. Would love for someone to sort this out for me please.

Remove old taps install new ones. Check to make sure no leaks are present after installation.

Kitchen Works Protect floor prior to works. Remove all existing sealant around worktops. Remove kitchen sink, hob, and oven. Replace and mitre left-hand worktop, cut in sink aligned with window. Retain, cut, and mitre middle worktop to fit. Mitre right-hand counter top to fit. Clean off all remaining sealant. Apply new sealant around kitchen for one consistent finish. Reinstall sink and hob, seal with clear sealant. Reinstall oven. Fix back threshold securely into place.

Need a wardrobe moved from upstairs to downstairs and wardrobe assembled upstairs

Intumescent strips on the main door of the flat has gotten damage and needs replacement. It seems to be of 10 mm width and is a twin Intumescent strip. Someone needs to order it and bring it to work, or guide me on what to order and where from. The job itself is simple and will take less than 1 hour

The toilet is effectively “holding the flush button down forever”. I've opened it up, this is all I can see and not sure how to fix! Seems hard to get the whole unit out. It's really hard to judge the time here. So let's work off £50/hr

Need someone to fix Zanussi dishwasher. But into kitchen, I can help remove kick-boards and lift out. End cycle light flashes 4 times and heels 4 times. Indicates blocked drainage pipe or trouble draining.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm.
