SAE/2-AI) Type: 2-Group Automatic Commercial Espresso Machine Year: 2016 Power Rating: 240V / 2700W Scope of Work: Shower Plate Repair/Replacement: Inspect, clean, and fix/replace the group head shower screens/plates and mounting screws across both group heads. Group Head Maintenance: Inspect and replace group gaskets/rubber seals as needed to prevent leaking around the portafilters. General Health Check: Test boiler pressure, steam wands, hot water delivery, and volumetric keypad functionality. Leak Inspection: Check internal/external hoses and drainage for blockages or leaks. Requirements: Proven experience servicing commercial espresso machines (familiarity with Astoria / CMA machines preferred). Must bring standard diagnostic tools and common replacement parts (shower screens, gaskets, group screws).

Infuser stuck of my bean to cup machine. And no drain is performed.

The grinder isn't grinding properly, as well as the espresso head of the machine where the water comes out. There's not enough pressure that pours through the coffee.

It was ok for a day after that when I start the machine, it makes a noise when it pumps water and it says something is wrong refer to manual. After that I took the water filter out, it somehow was able to start without issue. Then I used the rinse function twice and was ok. After that I thought it's best to descale it just in case it was limescale built up. I got to step 6 of the descaling. It was interrupted by the message "im doing a little cleaning". Then it pauses for a few seconds and then it says something is wrong refer to manual. Now when I start the machine, it says the last descaling cycle was interrupted so I can only click ok to let it do descaling from step 6. It Then says the same thing "im doing a little cleaning", then pause, then it says something is wrong. So stuck in descaling cycle now. I tried purging water out from the water tank but didnt solve the problem Task - Will likely need to open the hot water and let it flow till the circuit inside fills up. If this doesn’t work then may need to take the unit apart and find the blockage and release it.

My Sage coffee machine is not brewing the coffee anymore. The milk froth pump is working, but the water is not pumped for the coffee.

The coffee machine switches on and grinds beans with no issue. When you try to pull a shot by pressing either the one cup or two cup buttons the machine causes the fuse to trip (in the main fuse box).

My 6–7-year-old Sage Oracle espresso machine has suddenly stopped routing water correctly. During brewing, water is coming from the hot-water outlet instead of the coffee group head. I’m in Harringay, N8. Suspected 3-way solenoid/valve fault. Looking for an experienced Sage/Oracle repairer who can visit, diagnose it and quote for repair. Need a repair and/or service of my Breville Barista Max coffee machine. It seems to be having some pressure issues during the shot, and also the milk wand leaks water even when it is not turned on.

Our sage barista express has stopped working. The water is not passing through the machine at all and we believe something is blocked. When we try and run the machine it just makes a loud humming noise and nothing comes out. No water or steam passes through the steamer either.

My Machine keeps flashing a no bean sign even when it contains beans. The grinder works and beans visibly decrease in the chamber however nothing falls through the chute to dispense the coffee. Have opened the machine up and cleaned it without success. Checked all switches and they all appear to be working. Everything else works normally. Any help appreciated!

I have a sage duo temp pro machine and it’s stopped working. I think I left it too long between descales and now the pump isn’t drawing water from the tank at all. I also want to check the burrs on my grinder as I’ve had it for 10 years

The water isn’t being pulled through so making coffee cuts out after 5 secs. Trying to do a ‘flush’ and tried this several times, keeps cutting out after 5 secs. Removed the water filter and still not taking water do the tank.
